Going above & beyond. Integrity. Caring. Professional. These are just a few words to describe our property hunting experience (and success!) with Ross.
During the six months Ross spent showing us around many parts of San Diego looking for an investment property, he was always patient and well prepared, with comps and local information and truthful with his opinions (but only when asked for an opinion!).
Our condo was finally found and, because it was a short sale, Ross kept us updated on a regular basis for the entire six months it took for us to close with follow-ups, explaining procedures and what we were to expect next. When we finally got the keys to our new condo and found it was in a terrible mess, Ross had our place cleaned out for us the next day!
